I am a trial lawyer that represents businesses, executives, entrepreneurs, investors and property owners in litigation matters with a focus on business disputes, intellectual property, white collar criminal defense and cross border matters.Previously, I served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California in San Diego.  I also gained valuable experience in complex business litigation while representing Fortune 500 companies for top-tier firms such as Sheppard Mullin, Mintz Levin and Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps.
