The only thing she did was consulted with other lawyer to come up with visitation schedule then she went off and left us to deal with the opposing lawyer which of course lied to us. Several things in the original agreement was changed since Joy went off and left us and was not there to check over it and advise us to the changes. My son did not realize there had been changes until after he signed it because he had not been given the opportunity to read it plus it was in the opposing lawyers handwriting and was scribble. When it was brought before the judge he did not go over the visitation order that was written up so we didn’t know until later when we got the temporary order. While in front of the judge she would not even speak on behalf of my son and he asked her if she was not going to speak for him and she said you can speak if you want. When he tried to the judge told him to be quiet. She asked him how much money do you have today. He told her. She then told him to give it to his ex wife. I would have given her no stars if I could. She just took money my son didn’t have to begin with so unless you have money to throw away find a lawyer that will earn what you pay them for.
