After serving 85 days it was our court date and Probation kept denying house arrest saying I was terrible on probation and had no desire to help me or put me on house arrest and felt I should've went to prison and was upset I was even at work furlough. The judge and the DA recalled my sentenced and modified it to time served and I was released that day from work furlough and sent home on probation. I have NEVER seen anything like this happen. I kept telling my dad, we only had a 20% chance of winning, and Mr. Bourne and I both knew the outcome probably wasn't going to be good, but he still fought for me.
