Good lawyer. Case was denied by insurance company saying that my injury was preexisting. Mr. Teperson got me medical treatment while case was denied, disability benefits from both EDD and the insurance company, and ultimately got a good settlement after the AME.

Let me start by saying Work comp cost me my job, my savings, and provided terrible treatment. That being said, life became a lot better once I got a lawyer and am pleased withmmy pick. Mr. Teperson explained the system and they fought for everything I needed. My doctor became much better and my settlement made up for some of the hassle. Nightmare system but get a lawyer and it gets marginally better.

I went to Mr. Teperson after a vehicle struck me while I was working. The insurance admitted the injury but sent me to the worst doctor I could have imagined.
