Josh Schneiderman is a partner in Snell & Wilmer L.L.P.'s corporate and securities group. He advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.  In addition, Josh advises clients on matters related to franchising, including the establishment of new franchise systems and the expansion of existing franchise systems nationally and internationally. He also advises public and private companies on corporate governance matters, and serves as outside general counsel to many of his clients.
