Joshua is the Owner of the Law Office of Joshua Scott, LLC. He has comprehensive knowledge of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, bad faith insurance, and truck crash litigation. Because he spent several years in the insurance industry, both as an adjuster and as an attorney, Joshua has a unique perspective on how insurance companies will evaluate and defend your case.Joshua has successfully litigated numerous catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in Missouri and Kansas in both state and federal courts. He has tried cases to verdict. Joshua also has extensive experience analyzing insurance coverage and in insurance coverage litigation.Joshua graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law cum laude in 2011. He was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in Missouri and Kansas in 2018 and 2019 – an honor award to only 2.5% of attorneys.
