The course was not free but money well spent. I also didn't want the points on my drivers license or my insurance and Mr. Nielsen handled that for me and the speeding charge was reduced to improper equipment, yes I paid a fine but the important thing was no points on either my license or my insurance. His fee was extremely reasonable and his office is highly professional and extremely responsive.
