I hired Mr. Nasrollahi to handle my divorce and criminal case. He and his staff was amazing. Every meeting I had with them they was honest. It wasnt like them other lawyers that lie to you and take your money then you never hear nothin again. I hired him because he was going to fight for me. We ended up winning both cases. The two things i look for in a lawyer is honesty and hardworking, and he was both of them.
I had a very complex case where I was facing a lot of time in jail. Mr. Josh and his office helped me through this struggle. He was able to show that i was innocent. He is the attorney for the job.
I used Mr. Nasrollahi for my case, and was very pleased with the entire experience. This was a difficult family law case, but he made it easier for me and my family. He was always there to help me and always did what was best for me. I have recommended him to many of my friends, and would continue to recommend him to everyone. Great attorney who gets the job done.
After consulting with Mr. Nasrollahi, I decided to hire him. I paid the deposit and was to start monthly payments for his services. He would only file the paperwork after he received the filing fee, which was fine, as SC has a year separation requirement. I was not asking for separation maintenance. His assistant filed separation and maintenance papers within a few weeks, which started the process before intended. They also expected payment for filing fees, since it has been filed. Even though it was not supposed to have been filed yet. Our first court date, the judge made a ruling that Mr. Nasrollahi was supposed to type up and submitted, never was. He said it had been, the courts lost it. He also stated they do not keep copies of important document,so he had no way to pull it and refile it. What lawyer does not keep copies of his letters and filings??? The financial declaration was not filed or sent to the opposing Attorney in a timely manner. After several meetings to prepare it and I made the mistake of signing it before it was filled out on the form. i signed a blank form based on our discussion and hand written documents. My spouse filed a false financial report, he also had two pensions and retirement plans that Mr. Nasrollahi did not know how to deal with. He seemed uninterested in researching these. I myself, researched and printed information and took it to him. After the last court date, I discussed with him about walking away with nothing because my spouse was being ridiculous, I told him I would think about it, call and let him know my decision. Mr. Nasrollahi called his attorney and made the offer without my consent. I wrote a letter firing Mr. Nasrollahi. He countered by saying he would follow through and complete the divorce for the amount I had already paid him, Which i agreed too. Shortly after that because I decided to continue to win $5000. after 25 years of marriage and leaving me without standing debt. He removed himself from my case. He is very personable and easy to like, but is lacking in knowledge on some details and unwilling to research, following through, and getting things done in a timely manner.
