My brother has been in jail for 4 months and has had several court dates and dates keep getting continued. Mr Mitchell has not returned any messages or calls when we have reached out to him. My brother has a court date for habitual offender and still no contact from his attorney. We have been trying to contact him to see about a bond reduction to no avail.
