Absolutely Great attorney Just got a fine no points on my license and no driving school I am very happy

Now that i know Mr. López was disciplined in 2018, i will push it again to have his licensed removed and won’t stop till they do. This law firm is the worst and has costed me a lot of money to clean up their mess. Call any law firm in fort myers and they will tell you about these people. Not to mention they have a felon that handles your personal info! Thomas Heller was arrested twice just in Lee county, and one was a violation of probation. Joshua Lopez is the worst attorney you could even try to hire. Look up the history of the firm and you will learn that he is not the only one who has been in trouble. But i will push to get my money back and to push hard to have his license removed so that no one else gets tied in with these people. They are terrible and i would strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

My husband hired this law firm because I was fined with tow tickets for the amount of more than 400 dollars. This lawyer went to the first hearing and seen that I was found guilty, he requested another hearing without informning me about this fact. I learnet about it only because I called the Lee county Clerk. Well, the second hearing was on May 3rd, bt he judge ( according to what Jessica told me) cancelled the hearing and closed the case. Instead of informing me the same day that I had to pay the fine immediately, I was said 4 days later, only because I called the office differnet times, that I had to pay the fine. Finally, when my husband called tehe clerk, he were charged 23 dollars for each fine ( late fee) puls taxes and the total was 499 dollars. I called the lawfirm, to say them that they should pay the 46 dollars for late fee, but Mr. Lopez did not call me back. Do not loose your money, this fine cost me about one 700 dollars,

I hired Mr Lopez to represent me in traffic court. He postponed my case and the 3rd month I had a hearing and I advised plead NOT GUILTY. I have not heard anything and I called the office 4 times and now 1 1/2 weeks later I go online to see not only did he not listen to my request of not guilty he PLED GUILTY! He did not even plead no contest. Now I am sent to driving school, a huge fine, and GUILTY. This attorney is not only unethical but sneaky and I wonder if he even showed in court for my hearing. I am very upset why did I hire him to please a speeding ticket and get me school points and guilty. No sense. This must not happen to anyone else so therefore I will be filing with the Florida Bar and the tv stations and newspaper but Washington DC so this makes the top and attorneys start to be held accountable for such negligence and public harm. I am speechless upset and beside myself over this. I urge anyone that experienced the same contact me.

This guy knows NOTHING about law in any way shape or form. He was not familiar with my case at all Was suppose to motion the court for my kids to be heard as to their defense of not wanting to go to their fathers and they never did. When we went to our hearing I just gave in because I didn't want this fool representing me or my children. I have now fired this law firm and hired someone who is competent to go to trial with me!! DO NOT LET HIM REPRESENT YOU!!!
