Joshua knew of a new law which eliminated the requirement for character letters. Not only did he know more about the law than other lawyers I had contacted, but he charged me less than they quoted! He charged a very fair flat fee and successfully got my petition granted. I greatly appreciate his professionalism, integrity and that he promptly responds to phone calls and emails. I highly recommend Atty. Kaizuka as a proficient, highly effective criminal attorney because he was able to reduce my felony to a misdemeanor and my probation changed to informal. Even though the odds were against him and he did not promise me anything, Atty. Kaizuka marshaled a compelling strong representation when other attorneys shunned me for trying to appeal too early. Atty. Kaizuka's fee was also very reasonable.

I should have left a review for Mr Kaizuka a while ago but truth is the matter in which I required his services were not the proudest moments of my life. He performed above and beyond my expectations. I had known Josh when he was an Associate Attorney for a firm that represented my Union against Labor, Management issues. He performed so admirably then that when I reached out to his former employer seeking a recommendation for a DUI Attorney and found out Josh was working as a Defense Attorney I knew I'd be in great hands and I was. I could go into great detail about just how much effort he put in with my case but that would turn this review into a novel. I hope I never need his services again but if I do I'm sure I'll be in good hands.

Words Can't Describe Josh. He is an amazing lawyer who did wonders for my case. Josh was able to get my 4 convictions for DUI's, 3 misdemeanors with one being a felony, expunged recently. It was definitely a long shot, but Josh is very engaging with the DA and the Judge, and knows what he's doing. I would definitely consult and recommend Josh. After a terrible experience with the first attorney we hired, we were nervous about what the next attorney would be like. We hired Josh and it was by far the BEST decision ever made! I hired Joshua after calling courthouse and courthouse to try and resolve my issues that are in California and with not being there trying to handle in my state I had no leads had suspended liscnes and warrants for four years called him and within a week and a half everything was resolved and handled it was the fastest I've ever seen attorney work and very happy with my results I would recommend him to anyone for any issues
