Carol is licensed to practice in Arizona state and federal courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  After graduating from the University of Arizona College of Law, Carol clerked for the Honorable Philip G. Espinosa at the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Honorable Christopher P. Staring at the Pima County Superior Court. At Hernandez & Hamilton, PC, she focuses on criminal appeals, post-conviction proceedings, and pre-trial motion practice.
