At best, Attorney Fink was lackadaisical regarding my case. Every time I had an issue his rebuttal was that his assistant John would take care of it or he would follow up with me. None of which ever happened. I’m suggesting not hiring Mr. Fink, but in the chance you do hire him, make sure whatever is said out loud to follow up immediately with an email stating the exact language and/or verbiage that was spoken. Every time you do this be sure to put “request follow up” in the subject field of your email. In the end, instead of being helpful and giving guidance, his law firms quote was “Do For Yourself”
