A graduate of the Harvard University Law School, Engel has spent the majority of his career working to protect the public.  Joshua Adam Engel is a dynamic legal mind with extensive experience in criminal and public safety law.  Adam Engel has the experience and knowledge necessary to provide effective and experienced representation in criminal matters ranging from domestic violence or DUI defense to rape, murder and complex computer crimes.   Joshua Adam Engel has experience in both the trial and appellate levels in a wide range of serious felony offenses, including stalking, drug trafficking, felonious assault, sexual assault, hacking and computer fraud, and Internet sex crimes.  Engel also has experience in Fourth Amendment and Fifth Amendment issues, and had published law review articles on recent search and seizure and Miranda issues. In addition to representing clients through trial, Engel is an experienced appellate counsel who has represented clients before the Ohio Courts of Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court. Adam Engel will work to help personal and corporate client explore all options and minimize exposure to punishment at every stage of a criminal proceeding.   This includes investigations, pre-indictment, plea negotiations and, if necessary,  trial and appeal. If you have been charged with a serious felony offense or a misdemeanor, or have been convicted and are contemplating an appeal, you should consider seeking advice and representation from an experienced attorney.   Engel is available for consultation on evening and weekends.
