I am a registered patent attorney in private practice in Bend, Oregon and devote almost my entire practice to prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  I have a Preeminent Rating from Martindale.com, their highest rating.  I am a summa cum laude graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law and also have a master's of computer science.  I offer a one hour initial consultation for a $125 flat fee and then hourly after the first hour.  I am also willing to provide many services for a negotiated flat fee. My patent law practice includes working with computer, software, electrical, telecommunications, mechanical and other technologies.
