My husband and I had a terrible time trying to get him to return phone calls, emails, or faxes. We could never reach him to get our questions answered!! He did not complete our bankruptcy paperwork correctly. We forgot to add 2 accounts on our initial paperwork, but told him all the details about them within a couple days and he said he would add them as an addendum to the originals but failed to do so.
