Attorney (Joe) Joseph D. Weiler, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areasof Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Probate Litigation and Estate and Trust Administration. He is active in the community and a graduate of MichiganState University’s College of Law. He is member of the National Academy ofElder Law Attorneys, the State Bar of Michigan, the Midland County BarAssociation, and the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council. He hasbeen practicing in the Midland area since 2008.
