About

Joseph H. Walsh is the founding partner of Menard & Walsh LLP. Mr. Walsh has extensive experience in representing and counseling high net worth individuals, often entrepreneurs, whose net worth ranges as high as Five Hundred Million Dollars, regarding domestic relations litigation, and pre and post divorce litigation planning and strategies to avoid damage to their net worth, in addition to other personal and business planning issues. Mr. Walsh began his career in both criminal and civil litigation in Federal and State Courts. It was obvious from our first meeting he had a commanding knowledge of the field. he quickly outlined the likely issues, what the arguments were on both sides, what the judge would most likely find convincing, and what would happen at each stage of the case. he proved to be correct on all points. it was also clear that the judges knew and respected him.
