He made some motions in before the trial and questioned the officer on the stand and he got the officer to admit that much of his report was incorrect. In the end the prosecutor dismissed the major charges that I was looking at doing up to 5 years in prison for and I took a plea to resisting the officer. Walked out of court a free man. Joe did a great job and he turned into a real bull dog when he argued my case.
