My daughter hired Joe last minute in January 2015 to represent her in her child custody case. I was present at the first hearing and surprised when he continually referred to my grandson as a she. We found out afterward that he did not bother to read the document my daughter typed up and submitted to him prior to the hearing that would have been extremely helpful to her case.
