Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in 1988. In 1999, he received an LL.M in taxation and a certification in estate planning from Temple University Law School.Joe has been an attorney for 28 years, with his current practice focused on estate planning, probate, landlord/tenant and other related practice areas.Joe has many years of experience representing clients in New Jersey.
