After arriving on time for my 11:30am appointment, I waited over an hour with his secretary just to be told Mr Poulton actually wasn’t going to show up for the appointment, no reason given. Mr Poulton is extremely unprofessional when it comes to keeping appointments, client communication, and has not kept me informed or updated on my case, which has been on-going for almost 10 years at this point. He has hurt not only my case but me personally as I could have possibly received my citizenship by this point with a competent lawyer who actually works on my case. I have suffered hardships and discrimination that could have been avoided with a competent attorney.
