Mr. Phelps has served as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Jesup since 2007.He is a member of Jesup First United Methodist Church and is a Past Exalted Ruler of the Jesup Elk's Lodge.In his free time, Mr. Phelps enjoys spending time with family, saltwater fishing, and hunting.
