Joseph H. Low is on a lifelong mission of fighting for all of our rights as citizens against corporate greed and oppression, violations of rights by city, state, and federal governments and mistreatment at the hands of public organizations like city hall and law enforcement. Joseph Low's mission began in the United States Marine Corps. He proudly served his country and defended freedom wherever they needed him. Mr. Low went on to complete his graduate studies in biochemistry, where he focused his research on the fight against cancer. As an attorney, Joe Low has received several national awards for his expertise in the courtroom. He one of a very small group of lawyers to have graduated from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College, which is considered by many to be the toughest, most selective, trial advocacy college in the United States. Very precise and a straight shooter. Really puts the effort to empathize with clients and accomplish what you want. Surgical advice--both the good and the bad. Can be kind of intimidating because he's very smart and tells it like it is. Would recommend him to family and friends facing the enormous pressure of a powerful and unforgiving legal system.

Mr. Lowe was an outstanding lawyer who took his time to get the best possible outcome for my case. I would highly recommend Mr. Lowe to anyone with any problem.

I was in pre trial confinement. Joe would always come let me know any changes in the case. I could call and he would come and address any concerns i had. The government wanted no less than 10 yrs, i got time served. The process was long for me and i dont think i could have come out as good as i did without him. I didnt take a plea deal and joe fought my case when other attorney's wouldnt.

I cannot give enough praise or recommendation for Joseph Low. I am an active-duty Marine Gunnery Sergeant, and received a DUI in town along with some other charges. He immediately reassured me that he would fight hard for my case in town, but also warned me of the wrath that would soon be coming from the military. He was right, the military threatened and proceeded with a court martial, because of Mr. Low and his reputation they immediately dropped the court martial when they found out who I retained as an attorney. Next they tried a competency review board, with one day notice of the proceedings Mr. Low changed all plans so he could be there and represent me. I am still a Gunnery Sergeant today because of Mr. Low. As far as my case in town all charges, but 1 were dismissed, and I never stepped one foot into a court room. If you are in the military and face charges, retain him, do exactly what he says, and don’t trust your command. Retaining Mr. Low is the fastest way to gain back your peace of mind after and during a legal ordeal. - Former Client Gunnery Sergeant D.B. II

This "attorney" (Joseph H Low IV) agreed to take on my 10 year son's life time brain injury civil law suit. Just before, and on the "eve" of the trial, he (Joseph H Low IV) backed out and left this child hanging. He ( Joseph H Low IV ) , and his "partner", had to "appear" in court to withdraw from the case. Joseph H Low IV didn't even show up in court and I only knew of the hearing to withdraw because of a court doc notice that I checked out myself on line by chance. Joseph H Low IV had a 3rd party represent him ( Joseph H Low IV) "By telephone" - yes this "attorney" ( Joseph H Low IV) didn't even show his ( Joseph H Low IV) face in court, or appear himself ( Joseph H Low IV) on the phone, to DUMP his ( Joseph H Low IV) client - a child injured when 10 yrs old and now has a life with a brain injury!!!!! Don't touch this guy ( Joseph H Low IV) with a 10 million mile pole!!!!!! Let alone a 10' pole. This is my opinion based on my recollection.
