I hired Joseph and ended up having to fire him in the middle of my sentencing, costing me time, money, and a ton of stress. Two people working for him who I was working with during my case left, leaving his brother to come in and do most of the leg work. I remember his brother came to talk with me about my case because Joseph didn't have time and the other lawyer I was working with left for another firm. I was charged for his brother's drive time and for him to read over my discovery for what seemed like the first time in front of me while I sat there wondering who he was and where the attorney was that I hired. (I was charged at a rate of $150/hr for his brother) Do your research and avoid Joseph and his brother.
