I am currently a member of the Hampden County Lawyers for Justice and The Federal Defense Bar (CJA Panel) for the District of Massachusetts (Springfield).  I run a successful private law practice in Western Massachusetts. My focus is Criminal Defense in both Massachusetts District and Superior Courts. I represent people from all over the Commonwealth.      As lead counsel I have tried nearly 60 cases to verdict in the last 10 years (2008-18). I have conducted over 75 evidentiary hearings during that same time (4th Amendment Violations, Probable Cause Determination, Probation Violation Hearings, Motions to Dismiss, Motions to Suppress). For example - I represent people charged with Firearm Possession, Drug Possession (Intent to Distribute and Distribution), Drunk Driving (OUI) - all level offenses, Shoplifting, Assault and Battery, Restraining Order Violations...ect.   My practice also concentrates on Personal Injury. I have represented people affected by car accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, guns, medical malpractice, and general negligence.
