I was charged with OVI in Cleveland Heights. The cops also added driving in marked lines, swerving, and seatbelt. I refused to blow. I was given an Automatic License Suspension (ALS) as a result. Worse case scenario being potentially not being re-offered the deal, losing the case, and being charged with OVI and the other offenses. This included a phone call to a big shot at the firm who stepped out a law conference he was heading to offer his personal advice to my case.
