From filing time, it took another eleven months until my divorce was finalized. In the final hearing he did nothing to plead my side with the judge. NOTHING. And prior to the hearing he did not prepare me at ALL. You would think he'd have given me a heads up on what he would ask during the hearing or show me the documents I would be reviewing during. He did neither. Then drawing up the final decree took him a month. Huge waste of money as I've had to hire another attorney to attempt to amend the divorce decree. Perhaps the most despicable aspect of this later was a complete lack of professionalism.
