Joseph J. Garcia “Jay” is a Mexican-American (Chicano) Attorney. He is originally from Winston-Salem, N.C. He received a B.S. in Criminal Justice and B.A. in Political Science from East Carolina University. Jay earned his law degree from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. Jay is fluent in both English and Spanish and is currently learning Italian. Jay is in charge of the Criminal and Juvenile litigation at The Law Offices of Eric M. Williams, PLLC.
