Facing the court system in America can be a daunting task for anyone, especially those who are innocent of crimes that they have nevertheless been accused of. I had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with a severely overzealous Aurora police officer, something I'm sure many have sadly had to deal with (nationwide), and ended up being given a completely false charge simply because I got in an argument with this officer. He of course didn't charge me with "arguing with a police officer" so he came up with a BS one instead. That put me, a medically retired veteran of the USAF with PTSD, through exuberantly high levels of stress for no good reason, and the charge he gave me (via summons) carried a possible penalty of a year in jail! I had lost all hope when dealing with the Aurora "justice" system that night... until I had the fortunate experience of finding this law office. Mr. Joseph Galera, Esq., was the lawyer recommended I chose to handle my case, and within a few hours of taking him on as my attorney, I already felt I had made the right choice. He is a completely "all-business" type of person (while not being someone who isn't listening to your concerns though too) who makes sure he's always focusing on the most important aspects of his cases.
