Joe works at Neider & Boucher S.C. as a member of its business law team practicing in employment, healthcare, M&A, and corporate matters.  He has significant experience in regulatory compliance concerning health care, employment, employee benefits, and environmental law.  Additionally, Joe has dealt with contract litigation and criminal defense.  He truly enjoys helping his clients solve their problems, achieve equitable solutions, and improve business efficiencies.  Prior to joining Neider & Boucher, Joe worked for a Milwaukee-area insurance broker, an Evanston, IL renewable energy start-up, and the Hennepin County Public Defender’s OfficeHe is originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin and is an avid soccer fan, skier, and environmentalist. He currently live in Madison with my wife and two children.
