Joe has been the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. I thought about doing the divorce myself, but Joe showed me how he could help me and not get myself into trouble. The result was so much better than what I would have done myself. I am so thankful I hired Joe.
11/10/2009 Joe really took care of me. He took the time to get to know me and to understand my problems. I would recommend him to any one.
I was going through a very difficult divorce. It came as a a complete shock to me. I went into the office and was a bit flustered. The receptionist calmed me down and set me up with an appointment for the next day. Without getting into to many details. Joe was great. Pricing was very fair and the whole process was efficient. Getting a divorce can suck but Joe and the team he worked with made it much better. Highly recommend!
Had an issue . That Mr. Annuto resolved very quickly and firmly. He is great I would recommend to anyone looking for a great lawyer.
Hired Atty Annutto for a divorce case. I wanted nothing from my husband; just a divorce - I even paid for it myself. After I and former husband filled out the paperwork I walked into his office and asked at the receptionist desk where exactly we were suppose to sign. He obviously does not believe in marking an X at the appropriate spots, nor using a highlighter, nor a little sign here sticky. For someone to show me where we were to sign I was charged $ 75.00. Very unprofessional service in my opinion; the documents should have clearly stated where to sign. If anyone out there does not believe this is true I have the invoice to prove it. My second issue is my name change. On my divorce papers it was stated I was returning to my previous last name. Divorce was approved by the Court as submitted on Oct. 30, 2018. Several times in November and several times in December I called the atty's office looking to receive my refund due me from the Trust Account. I was given every imaginable excuse why I had not received it as of Dec 31, 2018 from there may be more charges incurred (for what? divorce was already approved) to its in the billing office and it would be mailed out the first week in January 2019 because that is when billing was done. I had to call again looking for my refund again and was told it would be in the mail by January 3rd. That following Monday 1/7/19 I called again to say I received nothing - told it was in the mail. I received a phone call on Tuesday from his office to say I could come by to pick up my check. The check was handwritten and dated on that Tuesday 1/8/19 which proved it never went to billing and was not mailed as stated the previous week. My check was not what I expected and I requested several times, via phone, email, and fax for a copy of the last invoice to see where the difference in the refund occurred. Well I was given a copy of a bill dated 11/30/18 which I never received stating there was a telephone conference with clerk regarding name change $ 50.00. Really? The divorce was approved 10/30/18 by the Court. Reviewed Final decree $ 25.00. Really? I was charged $25.00 10/30/18 Reviewed court notice. Unprofessional service throughout the whole process - my ex-husband is the one who let me know we were divorced; he received his copy of the divorce decree before I had. Would I recommend this lawyer to another -NO. As far as I am concerned he charged me a total of $ 150.00 in trumped up fees. Totally disgusted that a lawyer can get away with this kind of service.
