I had to track down him while I was sitting in the courtroom 40 minutes after my hearing started. He did not write up the orders as he was told to my the court (he claimed forgetfulness). That is currently causing me lots of headache with my new lawyer. He NEVER returned phone calls or emails. I tried to fire him in person at his office 4 times and no one (not even his staff) was there. So if you like laziness, forgetfulness, inattentiveness, and down right incompetence, Mr. Alamilla is your guy.

Right from the beginning there were issues with getting calls returned or any info on how the cases were progressing. always were left wondering what was going on. They made me feel like we were not even getting defended instead got treated like they just wanted the money and didnt want to work for it. Then right in the middle of it all he just quits. No explanation and wasnt even going to inform me that he was no longer going to defend. Left me hanging on the day of court. Very unprofessional. You are better off defending yourself.
