I/we hired Mr. Lovo when ice detained my husband on March 9th 2018 for a conviction he had on his record in 1999 . My husband has been a resident since 1999. He also had 3 other arrest that were dismissed by the court ,1997, 1998, 2014 . Mr lovo told us that he could apply for a waiver. I was afraid for many years to be on the deportation list and never renewed my resident card since I got here in 1980, I had two convictions. Well I was in removal proceedings when I arrived to the Krome detention center in January I was frighten and nervous for what the consequences were gonna be with ICE.
