About
Born in the Rio Grande Valley but an Austin, Texas native, Jorge came to Boise to pursue a career in law. In 2020, he earned his Juris Doctor as a final graduation class from Concordia University School of Law. While in law school, Jorge gained invaluable legal experience in Texas and Idaho. Jorge was a legal extern at the Texas Office of the Attorney General, and during his final year at Concordia, he worked as a legal extern at Cox Law. Through his placements in law school, Jorge gained a strong aptitude for processing legal issues in Immigration, Criminal law, and various Civil matters. Jorge earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Edwards University in Austin, where he continued to compete in his life-long sport of tennis, rounding out an overall successful career. Since Jorge became a partner at Elcox & Salazar, he has successfully represented his Client's legal interest in adversarial and transactional matters involving Immigration, Contract dispute and negotiation, Family matters, Eviction proceedings, and Victim-witness representation matters. In addition to his work at Elcox & Salazar, Jorge enjoys exploring Idaho, traveling, hiking, playing tennis, and biking. Jorge travels to Mexico and Texas whenever he has the chance, where he spends time with family and friends.

I needed help getting paid the rest of a salary contract that the institution didn’t want to pay me because they terminated my contract. I asked for a Demand Letter to get the remainder wages and the letter was short, sweet, to the point, and productive.
