Mr. Peel practices primarily in real estate, transactions, corporations, and estate planning. He assists businesses with corporate formation and restructuring, transactional needs, and mergers and acquisitions, and handles a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions involving land sales, financing, title and leasing. His clients include office and retail shopping centers, franchisors and franchisees, and general business owners.Mr. Peel received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University, where he also received All-American honors as a member BYU’s Men’s Lacrosse team. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, where he also earned the CALI award for Estate Planning.Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach, Mr. Peel was a partner in a local boutique law firm specializing in litigation, transactions, and estate planning. He also worked for a local political consulting and government affairs firm and served as Chief Defense Counsel in Boulder City Municipal Court’s Breaking the Cycle Drug Court program, designed to help criminal defendants overcome drug and alcohol addictions.Originally from Northern Virginia, Mr. Peel now resides in Boulder City with his family. He enjoys any and all sports and outdoor activities, especially volunteering to coach local youth sports teams.
