He successfully represented me in a labor arbitration hearing and I was very satisfied with the hearing and the results. He was very prepared and very on top of things at the hearing. The only thing that I would note is that he seems to be very busy with many clients (which is probably a good sign in a way) and it would take him a day or two to get back to me sometimes.
