I have known Johnathan Whitney for several years. I am very impressed with his honesty, and knowledge of the State of Florida Laws. He is an attorney who cares and will fight for you.

I asked Mr Whitney to review the contract prior to selling my home. He explained to me and my relator that my seller financing required the preparation of a promissory note and mortgage- something the relator never mentioned. His attention to detail and knowledge saved me from a long and costly court battle based on defective documentation if the buyer defaulted in repayment.
