Calling Jonathan Puth was the best move I could have made. Concerned that my boss might want to let me go, Jonathan prepared me for my meeting with the Managing Partner of my firm. He told me what to say, and more importantly, what not to say. I was able to go into, what was supposed to be, my performance review, feeling calm and ready to deal with whatever transpired. Jonathan continued to be wise, caring, patient, and willing to discuss any concerns or issues that I was trying to navigate. His counsel was incredibly effective. I was able to maintain my confidence and self-worth as I sat across the table from my employer who would have benefitted from me feeling vulnerable and unprepared. As Jonathan provided guidance that supported me through preparing a response to my employer and negotiating a severance package, I’m certain that his assistance put me in a position of being able to secure a generous severance package and I did not even need to argue with them. Without working with Jonathan I don’t think my employer would have come to the conclusion that they did which was that it would be better for them to be generous, than having to enter into a prolonged and difficult negotiation where they risked paying even more. If you are in need of a great lawyer, Jonathan will do a fantastic job for you.

Jonathan went above and beyond to help me during a horrible situation, I had with my employer. He is kind, intelligent, and he honest. I am lucky to have had him on my side. Although the employer would not back down - being sexually assaulted by a fellow employee, made to feel less than - and bullied by my manager, I was in a very bad place. Jonathan, stood by me and stood up for me when I couldn't. Although I felt my justice from my employer was never made right, I am out of a horrible situation and I am back on track to living a worthwhile life.

I whole-heartedly recommend Jonathan Pugh as an excellent attorney. He made me feel comfortable and helped me organize the facts for my case for a successful outcome. He is very hands on--that helps you every step of the way. He doesn't forget you once the case is resolved. I have called him several times since then for advice. He is so personable, I actually regard him as a friend. Also, it makes me feel more secure in my life that I have a great attorney I can turn to.

The lawyer kept me well informed as the case progressed. They made sure I was ready for each step of the process. They worked late hours doing research and helped me to win my case.

After more than 10 years of employment at my last work place, I experienced some serious issues at work. Finally, still employed, I realized I needed an employee-side of lawyer to help me navigate the rough, painful path at work, and most importantly, to guide me on handling many day to day challenges posed by the HR Department of my then employer. Among the lawyers I interviewed, Jonathan Puth stood out as a very different kind of counsel and it's the kind I truly needed due to my particular situation as still being employed at work. He's extremely savvy and compassionate. He has the ability to accurately grasp the depth of issues and take the measured strategies. Often in employment discrimination cases, one may fell helpless or being victimized, and one's urge is to keep fighting the injustice. Jonathan was conscious and patient. In my situation, he never exaggerated issues or possible outcome to give me any false hope, in fact, he drew his experiences to help me tackle the issues reasonably and realistically, and to see a bigger picture in a longer term. Unlike some employment lawyers, Jonathan has a very unthreatening manner and worked well with the opponent (which resulted as a satisfactory settlement for my situation). For any one who needs a truly good counsel, I highly recommend Jonathan.
