Mr melnick a.k.a john wick is a great lawyer he definitely makes it happen never fails im thankful for him been using him for years now really good lawyer .
Mr. Malnick is a great Lawyer. I've been working with him on 2 separate cases and I've been satisfied with his work. Ppl has to realize, just bc u hire an attorney doesn't mean your are not going to face any consequences for your actions. Mr. Malnick is a very honest man and will do whatever he can to help an individual with a case. I always pass his information on if anyone need legal help. I wouldn't bother working with anyone else
Mr. Melnick is not only an professional, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced attorney oh, but he is caring, genuine and goes above and beyond for his clients. I have been using Mr Melnick for several years now, I have an extremely extensive background with my criminal cases dating back 20 years. I should have went to prison three sentences ago but Mr Melnick has shown up and show now at court every single time. The amount of time and effort he puts into each of his clients is more than his fees. Extremely reasonable and has helpful payment plans. I would give him 20 Stars if I could hopefully I won't need him in the future but it does give me a piece of mind to know that he was just a phone call away.
He is a caring attorney, been with him for over twenty years. I am satisfied with his services.
All I can say is don't bother wasting your money no matter how small his fees are. He doesn't follow through with anything. I hired him for a family court matter and he clearly didn't know about family law. He didn't inform me of a court hearing which the other party was able to make out on top. If your looking to feel protected by a decent attorney and feel like someone has your best interest at heart then don't hire him. HORRIBLE
I hired Mr. Melnick for a criminal case that resulted in a ten year prison sentence. Unprofessional is an understatement, this man told me if I payed more my outcome would be more favorable, so of course I payed more. He not only did not deliver he swore he never made such a claim. I wrote the bar against Mr. Melnick to no avail he's still licensed. If you value your freedom steer clear of melnick
I gave Melnick a deposit to file my bankruptcy. My dad health went downhill and I had to move home back north. I had requested a refund from him on several occasions. He admit to owing the money, after that I didn't hear from him anymore. I begged. I pleaded. As the money would help with moving expanses. He ignored all my calls and emails. Only until I threatened to report him to the board. All of a sudden I had hidden fees the exhausted all of my deposit. I only met with him once for 30 minutes! I have filed a complaint against him with the ga bar.
The Good: John's fees are attractive. The Bad: Often claims he's busy with other cases. Does not show up to court, or is late. Tells clients, "I'll see what I can do" and doesn't follow through. Worst, he does not keep you informed and acts irritated if you persist. When things become desperate, he recommends plea deals regardless of your innocence. Mr Melnick was replaced after stating, "I can make this all go away if you plead guilty". His lack of responsiveness had left me so uninformed I missed a calendar call resulting in a warrant for my arrest. I hired another attorney who got the warrant retracted and ultimately got the case dismissed.
