My practice focuses on appellate litigation, and also includes trial-level brief writing, especially at the summary disposition stage. I have represented clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including professional malpractice (particularly legal malpractice), premises liability, auto liability (both first and third party), and general liability. Before joining Collins Einhorn, I served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David F. Viviano on the Michigan Supreme Court.
