Although I may have solved my problem just by talking to him and having him explain certain legal rights. Mr Jones is a nice guy to chat with but his legal skills are lacking. I hired him because my neighbors built a fence on my property but they moved it before we even went to court so it was canceled. Then they sued me for filing a malicious claim and I was forced to pay them over 8000 because Mr Jones never bothered to tell the Judge that they had moved the fence. He told me we lost the case because the judge didn't like him. So a appeal was filed and I lost it as well because they said I could enter new evidence which was that they had built a fence on my property. Due to his lack of skills I was forced to file bankruptcy to keep my property because he also failed to file a stay in a timely manner while waiting for the appeals court to make a decision.
