From day one Jonathan and his team had been extremely helpful. Because I am taking up a training program in Miami for a position that was not previously available, it was quite difficult to get the layout of the program down to a tee. After going back and forth with my host company countless times, the perfect training program was created and approved incredibly swiftly. The restaurant industry is very difficult, demanding and for the most part the reward is very little. Because of Jonathan and the rest of the team that worked on my case, I now have the opportunity to live out my career goal, working for a world renown restaurant company where opportunity for success is immense. Thank you so much for everything!
Jonathan Grode and the team at Green & Spiegel are truly exceptional. They were incredibly thorough and supportive in guiding me through the O1-A visa petition process and ensured my application was as strong as possible to reach a successful conclusion. Lauren Berkowitz who managed the process is highly diligent and has a deep understanding of the subtle intricacies of US immigration law. Her skills and knowledge were essential in ensuring the substantial volumes of documentation required for my visa petition were of the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a firm to engage with for any visa enquiries or concerns.
Jonathan jumped on a call with me at 10pm at night to hear me out on my urgent E3 issues. He was able to fully understand the context of my situation, clearly walk me through my options and help me arrive at a decision. He was amazing. He ended up not just giving me peace of mind with my immigration issues, he went above and beyond and counseled me on how to handle life! Thanks Jonathan, you're exceptional. I'm so grateful for your time.
I had a very specific immigration issue due to visiting Syria as a journalist a number of years ago. Jonathan listened and had laser-like focus in identifying a pathway toward a potential resolution. Within a couple of weeks my problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again in the future.
Jonathan is an extremely experienced lawyer for Australian E3 visas, and has been so generously supportive of the Australian community in the USA. He really knows this visa and how it operates very well, and has his finger on the pulse, which is so important when the parameters are changing all the time, like shifting sands. When your life is so impacted by what is happening with your work visa, it's imperative to have someone who knows what they are doing. Given how few E3 visas are issued each year, Jonathan is one of a handful of lawyers who really understand the intricate complexities, and it's service with genuine heart and care. Thoroughly recommend!
After receiving questionable E-3 visa advice from two global immigration firms hired by our tech companies, both my partner and I have independently sought Jonathan's counsel on our visa petitions and renewals. His knowledge of the changing E-3 petition landscape during covid was clearly more up to date and accurate than both firms. He is extremely responsive, takes the time to understand the nuances of your personal situation and provide you with options and a strategy. He takes care to explain key relevant issues and how they could be interpreted, but doesn't offload hordes of immigration information on clients. He provides genuine ADVICE, which is so hard to come across. I couldn't speak more highly of any attorney.
My wife and I were looking for an immigration lawyer in Philadelphia and we fell on your profile online. With a little hesitation, we contacted another Attorney friend who still recommended you. So we went ahead and solicited you and the rest is history. From the get-go, you have been an amazing roadmap through this immigration and legal process. Guiding and supporting us throughout the entire process, making it less onerous. Today we are happy because our application was granted. Indeed, it was less tedious because of your involvement and we are grateful for your services, your office, and your involvement. Thank you.
Jonathan helped me with through a change of employer case on an E3 visa. He was very knowledgeable and stayed up-to-date with the many pandemic-related challenges, and provided clear recommendations to getting a new E3 visa. He was empathetic and went above/beyond to provide assurance when things took longer than initially expected. I would recommend him to anyone seeking an immigration lawyer.
Jonathan was professional, courteous, super-responsive and overall just really great to deal with. I am someone who asks A LOT of questions, and he was kind enough to respond to every single one and always made me feel like a valued client. I know for a fact he went out of his way to assist me and he is just extremely good at his job!
Hi Jonathan, Josh and all the Green and Spiegel Team. We are back in the USA and working happily with my new employer. Having settled back into life here in the States, we wanted to say a big collective thank you for your help in navigating the visa application! It is certainly surreal times, even 15 months on from the start of the pandemic. Once attaining the LCA, aligning the employer number and the US Consulate said no to an emergency appointment request; to jumping on a last minute plane flight with 21 people on board to Australia; navigating Australian Border Force, Hotel Quarantine, US Consulates Website escalations; and Victoria going into lock down once again just as we got out of quarantine; there was certainly a number of curve balls to navigate there. We greatly appreciated guidance and advice in the lead up and help with the LCA and emergency appointment application. The ability to just ask for advice and together with the monthly updates of the visa processing situation has been invaluable. It enabled us to process our visa, change job and provide a level of stability for our next step in life. Thank you again, and here is to a prosperous and calmer end to 2021! We wanted to say thanks!
