About
Jonathan R. Bronley is the owner of Bronley Law, PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and focuses primarily on complex trust and estate litigation, probate and estate administration, representation of executors and other fiduciaries, estate planning, guardianship, capacity and elder issues, and proceedings before the Offices of the Commissioners of Accounts. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Bronley had the unique experience of serving as law clerk, then Staff Attorney, for the Honorable John H. Mr. Bronley prides himself as being the go-to personal attorney for many of his clients and colleagues, and he also represents and advises individuals, businesses and institutions who are injured, taken advantage of, require legal advice, or otherwise find themselves in litigious circumstances. When necessary, Mr. Bronley regularly appears in court on their behalf. Mr. Bronley served as co-chair of the Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax Bar Association from 2013-2015, and he is routinely requested by the local courts to serve as Guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults, infants, and individuals with disabilities.Mr. Bronley earned his Juris Doctorate degree from George Mason School of Law in Virginia (2009) and he received a B.S. in Finance & Business Management from the State University of New York at Albany (2006) where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
