Thomas Fisher is a Cincinnati business attorney. In this capacity he has assisted his client in all aspects of its operations under state and federal law, including the administration of a federal HOPE VI grant used for developing new housing opportunities by integrating housing into the community and redeveloping existing urban housing stock.
