As soon as he had my money he disappeared. I cannot stress enough to stay away if you are considering using his office for the purchase of a home, I wish I had seen the warning signs and backed out. To be fair, as part of closing I did ask he refund me the difference of his misquoted fee, which he did provide during signing at closing. However, the something like $50 difference was nothing compared to the hassle, headaches, and other financial burden incurred by using his services. Do yourself a favor and ask a friend you trust for a recommendation.
