He got absolutely nothing done for me and is billing almost a half a million dollars. I don't care, I want the best help I can get. There is an inherent problem here, this is a very incestuous group, same lawyers, same judges day in and day out. Some clients are higher paying than others and these attorneys cannot afford to anger a judge on your case when there is so much riding on another case with the same judge. The longer the fight the more money for the attorney's, there is absolutely no reason for any matter to be settled in a timely manner. Mr. Schilling is a decent guy, he is also a guy who has been practicing law in the neighborhood of 50 years. This presents a problem, things are forgotten, thoughts are lost in court and this is not an arena that you want to have subpar help in. Mr. Schilling did nothing for me, gained nothing and lost a whole lot despite every single report came out in my favor, the female judge did not like me and that was a problem. Decisions of this magnitude are to be based on case law, reports and what is in the best interest of the child not whether the judge likes you. None of this was done and Mr. Schilling let it happen over and over. This was at times nothing more than a joke to him.
