John L. Williams is a Delaware attorney with extensive experience in business and trust planning and litigation.Nationally, he is past-Chair of the ABA's LLC & Partnerships Committee related to its Real Property Trusts and Estates Section, Special Investors and Investment Structure Group.   He was also an ABA advisor to the Uniform Protected Series Act.
