Mr. John Wilborn of "The Surrano Law Firm" is the man to consult when insurance companies tend to deny rather than comply. Mr. Wilborn will assess your information and thoroughly explain the situation, good or bad. Additionally, if you need a referral to a lawyer or lawyers in other cities, Mr. Wilborn can help. Without Mr. Wilborn's help, I'd still be living on the street. Thanks for all your help John!
Ignores emails and doesn't work up your case. He is very rude and doesn't read documents you provide him. He expected me to prepare many of the documents needed rather than his paralegal. I will never hire him again or recommend him to anyone.
If I could give less than 1 star I would have: I believe in our judicial system. John plays dirty and uses unethical tactics. I won my case but at the cost of a dear old friend. This could have been handled better. I will NEVER use a his law firm again.
