      John Leo Walter, Esquire has been a trial lawyer since 1996.  The focus of his practice has been primarily personal injury (auto accident cases, premises liablity and medical malpractice) and criminal defense (DWI, CDS possession/distribution, Assault, Theft, etc.).      Although Mr. Walter has thousands of hours of litigation experience, he continues to review and analyze the most recent case law on a weekly basis.     Mr. Walter has been practicing in the U.S. District Court, Maryland Circuit Courts and Maryland District Courts (and Administrative Hearings) for almost two decades.  Without question, Mr. Walter has experience you can trust.
